Terrazzo

Terrazzo is a new condo development located in the Gulch. It is 14 stories tall, and consists of 109 exclusive residences. It is a mixed use development being constructed by Crosland Real Estate Company. They have also joined together with Magic Johnsons firm, Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds LLC to help complete this project. The building will consist of retail and office space, topped off by 10 residential stories. This project is Nashville's first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building. It has 11 foot ceilings and large windows for increased sunlight, uses all energy star appliances, uses bamboo flooring, which is an easily replenished resource, boasts 40% reduced water consumption, and has installed a filtration system that will capture storm water, clean it and reuse it to irrigate the buildings landscaping. This development has set out to offer "sophisticated estate homes translated to an urban environment."
