Bristol West End

The Bristol West End are new condos being developed by Bristol Development Group. It is a 20 million dollar project, which will include 155 condo units built on 1.4 acres. The condos are located at 3000 Vanderbilt Place. These condos are located one block off of West End Ave. which is home to many different restaurants, shops, and Centennial Park (which also has a large dog park). The condos are also walking distance to Vanderbilt University.

The Bristol West End has one, two and three bedroom condos available. Some of the features include granite countertops, tile flooring in bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. The upper floors in the building have hardwood floors. The condos boast many amenities, which include a swimming pool and lounge area for laying out, a 24 hour fitness area, a courtyard with an outdoor fireplace, a clubhouse, and optional covered parking located in two underground floors. There are several different floor plans availablw at the Bristol West End, which range anywhere from a one bedroom, one bath to a three bedroom, two bath layout. The units will vary anywhere from 600 to 1,400 sq. ft.
